From the beginning, Sandra helped guide me to stage my apartment to show off its best qualities. She worked with me to help get it ready for pictures, had a video, drone pictures all to best present my condominium. she worked tirelessly with me to reach this goal. When we had offers we looked through them together. It was on coming soon for 4 days, the day we went live we had multiple showings and multiple offers. All offers above listing price and accepted an offer that day $10,100 above list! She was totally professional and made you feel like you were her only client and was always readily available. I highly recommend Sandra. She will get you the best price and will guide you through every step. She really knows the market and how to get the most for her clients. Sandra’s experience and knowledge of Century Village and real estate was a huge advantage to us.
Sandra took 86 pictures of my mother’s condo inside and outside as well as the clubhouse and pools. Her virtual tour was sensational! She constantly went into my mother’s condo checking to make sure everything was working and up to standard. She gave us choices and her opinion regarding which offer to accept end dealt with the right people for the closing. We were able to close earlier than expected while Sandra provided details every step of the way. I highly recommend her to be anybody’s realtor! She knows what she’s doing. She was able to sell my mother’s condo on the first day of showing!
